Our Story
Partners in work and life, Laurelin and John bring over five decades of combined experience to their work. They are passionate about human development and have committed their lives to helping people and organizations thrive. They service clients from all over the world from their homebase in The Netherlands.
Meet The Team
About Laurelin
I am a Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation) who has been successfully coaching since 2011. My roots are in education. As I look back on 20 years in teaching and leadership, one major theme is a passion for fueling learning in myself and others. Currently, I serve as a Partner on the Global Leadership Accelerator at Teach For All, a network of 60+ organizations worldwide that recruit and develop teacher-leaders to work alongside communities to improve education and expand opportunity for children. Building from my early experiences teaching at secondary schools and universities in the U.S. and abroad, I now design and facilitate professional learning for coaches, teachers, and leaders at all levels of education systems. As co-author of The Art of Coaching Workbook (2020), I am passionate about coach education and the professionalization of coaching.
I live in the Netherlands with my husband and two children. As a family, we love exploring this beautiful country by bicycle and train, foraging in the woods, and cooking plant-based meals. I also enjoy immersing myself in a good book, in my craft supplies, or on the yoga mat.

I believe every human is creative, resourceful, and whole just as they are.

This belief is at the root of all I do as a professional coach and L&OD consultant.
My passion is helping people and teams connect with their own internal wisdom to create meaningful lives, doing work that matters to them and for the world.
I've been coaching professionally since 2019 and have worked in the adult education space directly and indirectly for about two decades.

I hold a master's in human development - adult learning and leadership - and several related certifications. My work is deeply rooted in contemporary human development frameworks. My style as a coach tends to be supportively confrontive. I'm a good fit for people who want help identifying and rewriting the stories they tell themselves that limit their creativity and peace. ​
