About Laurelin
My work starts from the person, not the problem they walked in with. I listen for the patterns a leader can't yet see, and help them find a steadiness that holds from the inside. I coach executives, run leadership programs, and train fellow coaches. A PCC-level coach who has been coaching since 2011, I am now pursuing my Master Certified Coach credential with the ICF.

I work in close affiliation with Cultivating Leadership, whose work on adult development and leading in complexity shapes my practice. My clients range from large corporations to international non-profits and public-sector agencies.

My background in anthropology taught me to hold competing perspectives and to approach difference with curiosity and compassion. As co-lead Coaching Leaders for a Complex World, a PCC-level training program, and co-author of The Art of Coaching Workbook (2020), I am passionate about the professionalization of the coaching field.

I live in the Netherlands with my husband and two children, where we balance our stroopwafel habit with lots of cycling. I am an avid reader, a frequent cook, an intermittent yogi, and a weight-lifting warrior.
About John
I believe every human is creative, resourceful, and whole just as they are.

This belief is at the root of all I do as a professional coach and L&OD consultant.
My passion is helping people and teams connect with their own internal wisdom to create meaningful lives, doing work that matters to them and for the world.
I've been coaching professionally since 2019 and have worked in the adult education space directly and indirectly for about two decades.

I hold a master's in human development - adult learning and leadership - and several related certifications. My work is deeply rooted in contemporary human development frameworks. My style as a coach tends to be supportively confrontive. I'm a good fit for people who want help identifying and rewriting the stories they tell themselves that limit their creativity and peace.
